You may be asking yourself why there is a difference in price between 1 jar of Divinitá™ and 3 or more. The cost of 1 jar includes the costs we have to make to get the package to your home. In other words, the packaging, work and time it takes to get the order to your home. (Not the shipping costs of the parcel service). When your order reaches us, the invoice and order form are printed out first. The order is then collected and packed in a box. Next, the package is reported to the parcel service and the sticker is printed out and placed on the box. We then take the package to the appropriate parcel service.

So we want to reward our customers for ordering at the same time, because, simply put, this saves us extra work. Time is man's most valuable asset! In addition, it saves trips from the parcel service and materials for packaging. Why burden the environment more than necessary?

As long as it is possible, we do not want to differentiate between our customers in Western Europe when it comes to VAT. In the Netherlands, for example, the reduced VAT rate is 9% and in Belgium 6%. In Germany and Luxembourg again 7%. European legislation obliges us to use the VAT rate of the country to which the order is shipped. As a result of European legislation, Dutch customers would be more expensive than our other customers if we would calculate the product's retail price at a fixed net price and the VAT applicable in your country. With these still small differences in reduced VAT rate, we want to keep this as long as possible.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to process and ship orders on weekdays before 17:00 the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. These amount from € 7.60 to € 17.00 including 21% VAT, depending on which country the shipment has to go to. The exact shipping costs will be mentioned during the checkout of your order. Delivery is normally made via PostNL, DPD or Bpost. Generally, delivery will take place on working days between 9:00 and 18:00, at the latest 2-3 working days counted from the moment (until 17:00) of your order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. However, you can follow it yourself with the Track&Trace service of the respective parcel service.
